What’s the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal (Ballroom). Women: cocktail dresses, dressy midi/maxi dresses, elegant jumpsuits, or dressy suits. Men: suit (tie optional) or blazer with dress slacks and dress shoes. Please avoid jeans, sneakers, shorts, t-shirts, or athletic wear.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

RSVPs are due by November 1, 2026 (11/01/26), with a room reservation. After this date, we may not be able to accommodate any additions or changes.

Do I need to submit travel information?

Answer

Yes—if you are traveling and/or staying in the room block, please submit your booked room details and travel itinerary by 11/01/26 so we can plan accordingly.

Are there hotel accommodations?

Answer

Please reserve your room no later than November 1, 2026 to ensure availability and group pricing. If you have any issues reserving a room or notice rooms are unavailable, please contact us immediately so we can request additional rooms for the hotel block. Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

This will be an adults-only celebration; no children will be permitted. Also, if your invitation does not include a plus one, then your invitation is for one guest only.

Is this a kid-free wedding?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we are aiming for a mostly kid-free celebration. Due to space and the flow of the evening, we kindly ask guests to limit children attending. Only children specifically included on the invitation should attend.

What about food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Please share all food allergies and dietary restrictions by 11/01/26 so we can do our best to accommodate you. After that date, changes may be limited.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Plan to arrive 30–45 minutes early to allow time for parking, check-in, and seating. We want everyone settled before the ceremony begins.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

No—we will not be providing transportation. Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the venue.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception be at the same venue?

Answer

Yes! Everything is in one place—ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception—so you can relax and enjoy the full experience without traveling between locations.

Can I take photos or videos?

Answer

Yes! Photos and videos are welcome during the event. When posting, please use our wedding hashtag: #TheJonesLegacy

Is seating assigned?

Answer

No—seating is open, so please feel free to sit wherever you’re comfortable. We do ask that you save seats only for guests who are already present.

What if I RSVP “yes” but later can’t attend?

Answer

Please let us know as soon as possible so we can update our final counts.

Who do I contact with day-of questions?

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have a limited open bar featuring the Bride’s Signature Drink, the Groom’s Signature Drink, two beer selections, and two wine selections. Please note: outside alcohol is not permitted.

What about gifts?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift! However, in lieu of traditional gifts, we are accepting cash donations to support our homeownership dream and honeymoon. Gifts are still appreciated if you prefer—thank you for celebrating us in whatever way feels right.

Will there be photo opportunities?

Answer

Yes! During the reception, please make your way to the main hallway to take photos on our rose wall—it’s the perfect photo moment, so don’t miss it!

Is there a guestbook?

Answer

Instead of a traditional guestbook, we’ll have a jersey to sign. Please stop by and add your name and a message—this is a special way to honor our fathers and keep your love with us forever.

What is the audio guestbook?

Answer

We’ll also have an audio guestbook where you can record a message for us—share advice, a favorite memory, a prayer, or a quick message. We can’t wait to replay them for years to come!
