Shuttle from The Jordan Hotel
3:45 pm - 4:00 pm
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
There is no parking at the wedding venue so the Jordan Hotel has parking reserved for this event. If you are not staying at the Jordan Hotel, please park at the lower overflow lot. Please make sure to be at the pick up spot by 4pm. This bus leaves promptly at 4pm!
Welcome Cocktails and Mocktails
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
The entire night will be an open self-serve bar to avoid lines and focusing on enjoying yourselves!
Ceremony
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
The Ceremony will be outside (weather permitting). The grass can be soft so we suggest thicker heals for the ladies.
Cocktail Hour
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
We will have passed Hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be found at the bar station.
Reception
6:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Dinner will be a buffet-style Barbecue. Come Hungry. This will be followed by speeches from the Maid of Honors and Best Men. Followed by Justin and Amanda's first dance as the Leone's. Then the Dance Party!
Shuttles back to the Jordan Hotel
8:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Shuttle schedule will be 8pm, 9pm, 10pm and 11pm
After Party
10:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Bring comfy clothes and a swim suit! We will be having a fire and enjoying the hot tubs and pool.
