We recommend arriving 20 minutes before the ceremony start time, which is 3:00pm at the beach at the end of the Ave U Access. This will provide plenty of time to find your seat, connect with fellow guests, and settle in for a relaxed and seamless beginning to our wedding celebration.
Please RSVP by June 12th, 2026, as our headcount for catering and final preparations are due the next day.
We would like to give everyone the opportunity to dress up for our wedding! We are asking guests to arrive in semi-formal attire but still comfortable enough to beat the summer heat and dance the night away! We also ask everyone to avoid wearing anything white or close to the color white.
The ceremony and reception will be held at two different locations. Ceremony parking will consist of any public parking spaces near or around the Avenue U beach access. We recommend parking at the seaside cove or anywhere along Avenue U. The reception will take place at the Bob Chisholm Community Center. There is limited parking directly at the center, however there is a vast span of public parking spaces around the Bob Chisholm. We can also shuttle those wanting to park at the reception venue to and from the ceremony space!
We ask that only the people listed on the invites or those who you have previously requested to attend both at our ceremony and reception. If you have any questions please feel free to contact the bride or groom, we would love to hear from you.
Children are welcome to attend; however, we ask that those with small children sit in the back of both spaces to limit disturbances during those extra special moments. If bringing small children, please be courteous and take a quick breather away from the area if any challenges with them arise. The reception will consist of activities such as drinking and lean more towards an adult friendly environment, parental discretion is advised.
Please reach out to the bride or groom if you have any concerns or requests and we will do our best to accommodate. Although catering has already been decided we can do our best to work something out.
