I had finally decided to attend a Harry Potter themed bar night in downtown. I had dragged my best friend with me, we dressed up in our Gryffindor attire, and we called an Uber. Stopping at the store on the way we made it to the bar with the line wrapping around the front. We got in line behind two guys, one dressed as a Slytherin and one dressed as a death eater. We started a conversation. The Death Eater and I. We went inside the bar and went our separate ways. At the end of the night the death eater asked me for my number, made me wait three days, then texted me. I had never been so excited to get a text. My Shawn, my sun and stars, my slytherin. And the rest, as they say, is history.
