San Diego Airport is a 35-minute drive from the venue. Wisconsin friends, Southwest Airlines has one nonstop flight out of MKE. If you prefer a different airline, we recommend flights with layovers in PHX or LAS to avoid weather delays, or there are nonstop flights out of ORD.

The ceremony and reception will take place at Alila Marea Beach Resort in Encinitas. We have a limited room block rate that's linked below. The resort is adult-only, so we recommend staying at the other options if travelling with kids.

Springhill Suites is a 15-minute drive from our venue and located in downtown Carlsbad, walking distance to lots of great shops and restaurants. We recommend staying here if you would like to be in a more walkable area.

Located just down the road from Alila Marea, Cape Rey in Carlsbad is the closest hotel nearby at a more affordable price point.
Travel Note
