Question

Can we drive to the venue?

Answer

YES! There is plenty of parking

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The Holiday Inn will have a designated shuttle to and from our wedding for guests staying there. We are providing a shuttle from the Residence Inn to and from the venue.

Question

Can I leave my car there overnight?

Answer

YES! We don't want anyone to drive/feel like they have to drive after drinking. The venue allows cars to stay overnight, they just have to be picked up by 11am Monday morning.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is garden party formal. Tea or floor length dresses and jumpsuits, floral prints or pastels encouraged. We ask that men wear suits. We also kindly ask that you do not wear shorter sun dresses, jeans, or shorts. You can find example photos under the “Gallery” tab

Do I have a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP

Are kids welcome?

Answer

This is an adult-only celebration, with the exception of children specifically named on your invitation.

What about dinner?

Answer

A plated dinner will be served to your table. When you RSVP you will choose your dinner entree. Every entree comes with sides, salad, and rolls. Once you get to the reception, there will be a name tent with your name and a marking to indicate which entree you chose to help the service staff.

Is it an open bar?

Answer

YES! There will be a selection of beer, liquor, and wine

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

A welcome reception is being held at the Holiday Inn Lumina Saturday 5/30 from 4-7 and will include light bites and beer/wine. Come and go as you please!
