If you do not RSVP by February 28th of 2026, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. This will mean you are not allowed to attend to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you.
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RVSP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, Please notify Terann and/or Jake as soon as you are aware.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional guest. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.
We love and adore your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this celebration as a fun date night/weekend! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us!

A time for the ceremony will be given on your formal invite and we ask that you arrive and be in your seat NO LATER THAN 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. You may arrive earlier than 15 minutes and it will give you time to park, walk around the venue and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony, no phones or cameras in use until after the ceremony is over. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say " i do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos/videos as you'd like!
Our ceremony will be held outdoors and reception will be in an indoor area located steps away from where the ceremony took place.
Your presence is the greatest gift, but if you'd like to contribute in another way, a gift to our future fund would be wonderful. We appreciate your love and support as we start this new chapter! You may drop a card in the card box during cocktail hour OR you may use the cash registry page!
Yes, there will be beer, wine & mixed drinks!
You may smoke/vape at the venue as long as your are OUTSIDE.
