It started off as us being mutual friends over Snapchat in August of 2016, when we was 15. On August 18th of 2017 my best friend and I decided to go to Brody’s hometown and watch a football game in Booneville (with intentions of him wanting to hang out🤭). We decided to go eat at Catfish Country where Brody worked at the time. That was the first time we had seen each other in person. I will never forget seeing him round that corner and him seeing me with my face full of chicken strips. It must have worked cause by September 9th we started dating and it’s history after that. Five and a half years go by and he decided to take me on a beach trip where he planned to propose. As I was getting ready to walk to the beach to get pictures taken brody was laying on the bed staring at the ceiling grinning from ear to ear. I just looked at him and said what in the world are you smiling at. Little did I know the thoughts he had going through his head. I will always remember the moments right before he proposed to me on the beach. Hearing those words “You know I love you right?” As he held me tight, it still brings me tears of joy. And now here we are, a skip and a hop away from the wedding we have been talking about since we was 16. This has been the best years of our lives and we couldn’t have made it this far without each other!
