If you decide to spend your Fourth of July with us there are a number of other places to see and things to do if you'd like to extend your stay and enjoy all Upstate New York has to offer!

Saratoga Springs

Saratoga Springs, NY

The Bride's hometown! Visit Broadway for scenic shopping and historic buildings. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants to keep you busy. The Saratoga Winery is a short drive from town and offers house made wine, and a selection of beer liquor and food options. The Saratoga Casino and Hotel offers accommodations and entertainment. The State park offers outdoor options to walk, run, bike, and picnic, and houses SPAC, a performing arts center that may offer entertainment from the ballet to musical acts.

Lake George

A beautiful 50 minute drive north leads you through the entrance of the Adirondack Park to Lake George. A great summer town with a main drag full of shops, eateries and curiosities, as well as a beach. There are several hotel options but renting a local home would be a great option to enjoy the local life.

Adirondack Park

The Adirondack Park offers beautiful mountain views. Home to 46 high peaks as well as many others, Historic Lake Placid, local breweries and more lakes and mountain towns than you can count. A great place to enjoy some hiking, biking, boating, drinking, and exploring.

As a turning point in the American War for Independence Saratoga has a lot to offer any history buffs. A visit to the Saratoga National Historical Park can include a walk around the Battlefield or a trip to the Saratoga Monument located in the Bride's hometown of Schuylerville, NY.
