When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Doors will open to the ceremony at 11:45 and the ceremony will start promptly at noon. There is a parking lot just to the north of the church.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want all of our guests to wear wedding mass appropriate attire that they feel comfortable in. The sanctuary tends to have high A/C, so we suggest bringing an extra layer in case you get cold.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Your children are most welcome to attend our wedding! All digital RSVP options include opportunities to answer for each child in a family, please contact the groom if there are any discrepancies (Big Catholic family!).

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

There are options to provide any food allergies or sensitives on your RSVP.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are unable to provide transportation for our guests, but the church, reception, and hotel are all within a five minute drive of each other.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

If you happen to be in town the Friday before the wedding, you're welcome to check out the Wildey Theatre on Main Street, which will have a fun sign celebrating our upcoming wedding. There will be a gap between the noon ceremony and the 5pm cocktail hour. We encourage you to check out our "Things to Do" section to explore some fun areas around Edwardsville!
