It all started with a "Hi" in Danna's chat box. Following with everyday "Good morning" messages and video calls. All the way from Tarlac- Teody travelled to Makati to meet her in person. From then on, they went to the same church every Sunday.

Teody's way of courting was sending his recorded song to Danna almost everyday. They started doing their quiet time (devotion) together on February 19, 2022 and become their habit up until today; every morning at 6am through video call. Teody courted Danna with a clear intention to marry.

It was Good Friday of 2022, when Danna's Tatay celebrated his last birthday, that Teody met her family in person. This was the first and last time Teody met Danna's father before her Tatay went home to the Lord. Teody is completely orphaned. Danna met his relatives during Teody's nephew's birthday celebration on June 25, 2022 in Camiling Tarlac.

Teody and Danna were born on the same date- November 11. The proposal happened on their 11-11-22 birthday celebration in Makati Circuit.
