For our family and friends flying in to the Philippines, first enter Manila and get a connecting flight to Caticlan (Boracay) Airport All Foreign/Filipino travelers (including infant and children) should register individually to the eARRIVAL CARD 72hrs before their flight into the Philippines. To get to Boracay Island, take a 45min flight from Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport to Caticlan Airport. From there make arrangements with your hotel for a land-sea transfer via a speed boat to the Island.
