When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please don't leave us wondering. The sooner you can provide an RSVP the better. We have requested an RSVP deadline of July 1st.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We would love to consider your date! If your invitation did not have a plus one listed please discuss with the bride or groom.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your children and would love to see all of them! But this event is a kid-free event so consider it an opportunity to reconnect with your spouse or socialize with new friends! The only children who will be present are the children in our family. We know this puts a hardship on those traveling from a farther distance and understand if it means you cannot attend.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We have reserved a driver dedicated to transportation from the hotel to wedding for the entire day and night. Her information is posted on THIS PAGE below and on the TRAVEL tab. Rides available to and from hotels and wedding locations, please avoid asking driver for rides elsewhere as that would limit her availability to other guests. Tips for every ride are not required but we would greatly appreciate your help in showing this unique vendor immense gratitude. What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please do not arrive too early but keep in mind that we do only have one designated transportation driver if it is needed. Please plan accordingly to arrive no later than 3:45 to the ceremony property.

How can I get home if I have enjoyed the open bar?

Answer

Transportation will be provided to and from the hotels. If you plan to drink please be responsible and plan ahead with a sober driver or a pre-reserved room. Guests from out of town will be expected and encouraged to leave their vehicles at the hotel and utilize the transportation to avoid any catastrophes.

Is there a room block?

Answer

Rooms have been blocked at both hotel locations with a deadline of 08.01.2024 to reserve at the discounted rate. After this date the blocks will be lifted and discounts will no longer be available so reserve your rooms in advance!

Are there bathrooms available?

Answer

During the ceremony on the ceremony property there will be an outdoor restroom available, it is a portapotty, please do not have high expectations. Elegant, outdoor bathrooms will be located at the Kuntz property. These facilities include 4 separate full bathrooms providing maximum comfort and accessibility. Bathrooms in the home will not be available.

What if I have allergies?

Answer

Our food vendor is a surprise, however; if you have any allergies, we would like to make our best efforts to accommodate you. Please contact the bride or groom if you have serious allergies you need to inform us of. Vegan and Gluten Free options will be available. If you have seasonal/outdoor allergies, please ensure you have your medication of choice available.

Is the ceremony UNPLUGGED?

Answer

No Our ceremony is not a designated 𝑢𝑛𝑝𝑙𝑢𝑔𝑔𝑒𝑑 ceremony, however; we ask that guests please be courteous and respectful of our paid photographer. Photos with guests holding up their phones in the background are not desirable.

Are the wedding and reception outside?

Answer

YES! Both events are outside and we are taking a risk without any backup plans. Both locations are in the country, there will be bugs.

Answer

Please park at the ceremony location and utilize the trailer or personal driver to be transported back to the reception location to avoid parking issues and drinking and driving. The ceremony location is private property and vehicles will be safe to leave for the night.
