Welcome Party

An elegant evening in the mountains awaits — catering, cocktails, and great company. Cocktail attire requested.

**USE GOOGLE MAPS TO LOCATE THE CABIN** Our main house for the weekend — located in The Summit on Bluff Mountain — will be the gathering place for events like the Welcome Party and 4th of July celebration, and will also be included on the weekend shuttle route.

Wedding Ceremony

2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Formal attire is requested. We're celebrating in the Smoky Mountains in July, so while we'd love for guests to dress elegantly, lightweight and breathable fabrics are encouraged to keep you comfortable in the summer heat.

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM on the patio at The Trillium Venue overlooking the Great Smoky Mountains. Shuttles will be scheduled to run starting at 2:00 PM for guest pickup. After we say “I do,” guests will enjoy a cocktail hour at 4:30 PM on the patio, featuring a live saxophone performance, signature drinks, and passed hors d’oeuvres. We will then move inside for dinner, heartfelt speeches, and dancing the night away until 10:00 PM. Shuttle service will be provided from the listed hotels, with pickups beginning at 2:00 PM. Shuttles will run continuously throughout the evening, with final return trips at 11:00 PM.
