What's Ten 10 Twenty 20?

Answer

We met on October 10, 2010, or 10.10.10. In 2020, we celebrated 10 years together by getting married in a small, COVID-friendly private ceremony on 10.10.2020. Because of the impact of COVID-19, we're inviting our guests to join us in celebration on 10.09.2021.

I'd like to add additional days to my trip. Can I stay at the Ingleside Inn?

Yes, you can. Use the link on the Travel page to make your reservations and adjust your arrival and departure. If you have trouble, please call the property directly.

The suggested attire says, "desert modern cocktail attire." WTF?

Answer

Palm Springs accommodates a wide range of fashion. It's not uncommon to see a lady carrying a pocketbook standing next to a gentleman carrying his own ice bucket. Your attire should be comfortable. Warm temperatures during the day can cool off very quickly once the sun disappears behind the mountains. Layers are always a good idea. Dress for the elements first; look stylish and smart second. Above all, we want you comfortable and confident.

This is an elegant desert ceremony, so dress to impress, but also dress for the elements: warm afternoons, with cool evenings after dark. Gentlemen: Sport your best tie. Ladies: Make a statement. Go nuts. Have fun. But make it elegant.

What about kids?

Answer

We have a huge following of tweens, and would love to share our weekend with them, as long as they agree to use #ten10twenty20 on Instagram, Tic Toc, Snapchat, Facebook, MySpace, Friendster. However, if you'd like a break from the children, feel free to board them for the weekend. It's really up to you.

What about transportation?

Answer

Crooners & Cocktails at Twin Palms and the I Do. We Do. Celebration are in neighborhoods with ridiculous parking restrictions. We'll provide shuttles between the Ingleside Inn and these locations. There are activities within walking distance of the Ingleside Inn, and the Uptown Design District is 1 to 1.5 miles from the hotel. Other activities are a short Uber, Lyft, or cab ride.

It's great that you want us to give to charity, but we really want to get you a gift.

Umm, no. It's lovely that you want to show us how much you love us, but we really don't need things. Please, for the sake of the planet, join us in channeling our love toward a charity that will make a difference in the world by lifting people up, protecting the beauty around us, or creating opportunity for those who really truly need the support.

Are there any other events that I should know about?

Yes! Please check the "Schedule" page for all the activities. When you RSVP, you'll have the opportunity to tell us the events you will be able to attend—our hope is all. The activities all begin in the early evening, enabling you to explore Palm Springs during the day.

You may think that, but you actually do. All the people we have invited to share this special moment are the most important people in our lives. You already have one thing in common with each guest: Us. By the time you go home, you are going to have a whole collection of new friends. So be there, or be a rhombus.
