Matthew says, "Temira is the exact comfort that I love returning home to every day." and "I first met Temira when we took the same Aural Skills music class in college. I have two favorite memories of her. The first is when we went winter hiking in northern Minnesota and she decided scooting on her butt over ice was a more effective mode of transportation than walking. My second favorite is all the times I have come home late at night from a long work day and she has been awake and ready to give me a hug and help me unwind.

Temira says, "Matthew is my best friend that I want to share everything with all the time." and "I first met Matthew in an Aural Skills music class at Augsburg. My favorite memory with him is probably anytime we spent in Virginia or anytime we go hiking together, or any of the times we've stayed up far too late just laughing, or maybe it's every time, OR maybe it's the first weekend we hung out and walked like half the city. No matter what, I am excited and grateful I get to keep building memories with him."
Matron of Honor
Temira and I met on the first day of my senior year and her junior year of high school. She was seated next to me in the choir and we bonded over doodling. It was truly the beginning of a creative and fun friendship š. One of my favorite memories is one that I'm not sure Temira will remember. I don't completely remember what happened that day, but I remember the need for a long conversation about life. So, instead of grabbing a cup of coffee or something normal, we grabbed McDonald's and sat in my car in a Walmart parking lot and just talked for a super long time about life and we ended the night by attempting to do accents and just jamming out to music.
Best Man
Hi everyone! Iām Zack, and I met Matt the day we moved into our college dorm together. Since we had the pleasure of suffering dorm life and the entirety of freshman year together, the memories are truly endless. One of my favorite things that we did together consists of binging the entirety of Trailer Park Boys within a timeframe that felt like it couldāve been a world record. We figured that the āworst case Ontarioā was that people mightāve thought weād gone missing!

I met Temira in middle school, and if I'm being honest, I don't remember the exact details! So many years together will do that, I suppose. We really became close through choir in high school. Some of my favorite time we spent together was during the high school choir trip to Italy. We roomed together over the course of the trip and I loved every second of it! Temira razzed me (kindly) for talking in my sleep about cheeseburgers and astronauts and walked me through dealing with an interested boy when I was certainly uninterested myself. Every moment we spend together is so special and I'm so beyond honored to be included in her wedding. Wishing so much love and happiness to Temira and Matthew for all the years to come.

Matt and I first met at our shared first job slinginā dog food at Chuck and Dons. Although we probably crossed paths at least once prior to that, as we both took guitar lessons from the same person at Eclipse Music. While I cherish every memory I have of Matt, amongst my favorites are those in which he shared whatever music he was enjoying at the time with me. To some, this may not seem like much, but it meant the world to me.

We became neighbors at Lexington heights in August of 2019. With me working in the office, we would chat here and there during package retrieval. I happened to see through b120 patio that Temira was watching Doomsday preppers on Netflix and made a mental note of it because I like that show too. Well, then I told her the next time I saw her that I saw her watching it. WHY. I thought after that interaction that I had entered full creep status and that ruined my chance of being her friend. Next thing I know we are hanging at the pool often, going to Bluehound concerts and hanging out on the b120 patio that I once peeped Doomsday Preppers through š so glad Iām a creep now.

I first met Matt at Chuck and Dons, where we worked together. One of my fondest memories with Matt would be when we went on walks at Lebanon Hills during the pandemic.

Temira and I met back during high school, I think she was a senior and I was a sophomore. I got invited to a bonfire at my friend's house (a guy) but I had never gone to their house before. My mom was worried about me being with a group of guys by myself. Then this voice comes on my phone and says something like; "Hi Ms. Rydberg, my name is Temira, Lyndsy won't be the only girl at the bonfire. I promise she will be okay." Needless to say, I went to the bonfire and met Temira. Instantly she became my older sister that I didn't know I needed, and I was her little sister she didn't know she need!

I met Matthew shortly after starting to work for AV For You. We've definitely been through some shit together. The old 5 am call for a 20-hour day, learning how to operate equipment on the fly on a deadline with someone who makes a lot more money than you standing over you as the lights go down on stage - these were not good times. But it was always good to have Matthew around to be able to scream into the void of an empty truck together and laugh out that stress. I remember once on a really tough show site when we were given a 30-minute break to chill for a minute before we had to be back for the show call. We had worked right up until the last minute and still had a full evening of a show to run. We literally just drove from the job site to the warehouse, and back with the windows open just freaking out about this show to each other. It was just the right amount of catharsis so that when we returned, we both were nice and level-headed again. And damn if it didn't lead to one of the best, smoothest nights of running a show and striking it I've ever had. Matthew's a jack of all trades - including being a good guy, through and through.

Temira was one of the first friends I made when I moved to the cities. I was using Bumble BFF to try and find my people here, and she was looking for a workout buddy, so naturally, we started hanging out by meeting at the gym and quickly struck up a habit of meeting several times a week. It was so much fun having a new friend to talk to and we could chat and chat and gossip while we worked out. It took us a few months to make it out of the gym together, but when we finally did it was a whole day of lunch and shopping and wandering around the mall aimlessly, and just as fun as our normal hangouts (but not as sweaty). I didnāt expect to meet such an irreplaceable friend so quickly, but Iām so thankful I did, and that I now get to share in her special day!

Matthew and I met when he started working at his current job a couple of years ago. He said I frightened him, but in truth, he frightened me and now we take solace in knowing we frighten each other. We form a perfect symbiotic relationship of coworker support to make it through the work week and this has in turn made him one of my most trusted and best friends.
Flower Girl
Penelope is one of the children I cared for while I nannied during graduate school. Penelope and I love to snuggle, play make believe, and do arts and crafts together. Penelope is a talented dancer, piano player, and artist. She is one of the funniest kids I've ever met.
Flower Girl
Gwen is the youngest child that I cared for while nannying with the Stevens family. Gwen and I spent many days going on walks, playing nap time, snuggling, and learning about new things. Gwen has quite a strong opinion for just about anything and loves to tell stories about the beach or Pluto the dog.
Honor Attendant
I met Temira shortly after she met my brother Matt! She is incredibly thoughtful and empathetic. We've shared many memories together and have spent countless hours singing and dancing at Matt's Bluehound gigs in Minneapolis. I am thrilled to welcome her to the Zyla family as a sister and cannot wait to celebrate with her! One of my favorite memories we share together is dancing and singing (badly) to Abba on a gorgeous, sunny lake in Northern Minnesota for my Bachelorette party. Cheers to more memories together, Temira! Your caring nature and kind heart bring a bright light to our lives.
