Lauren and Logan first met across the net under the bright fluorescent lights of Sullivan Gym at Seton Hill University while playing pick up volleyball. This volleyball club was an integral part of the beginning of their relationship, allowing the two young people to see each other multiple nights a week. After almost a year of waiting, Logan finally asked Lauren out after their team lost a volleyball tournament. They watched the movie White Chicks in her dorm room. Several years later after she started medical school, Lauren and Logan began to talk about getting engaged. Logan had a grand plan, to propose in front of the glimmering Eiffel Tower at night. How romantic! Unfortunately the COVID-19 pandemic halted all types of travel, so Logan proposed to Lauren in a corn field at his parent's farm with beautiful views of the rolling hills of western PA. Many of you kept after Lauren and Logan following their engagement, wondering when they would finally tie the knot. After several moves that ultimately took them to central PA, several more board exams that Lauren studied for and passed, and attending even more weddings of couples who got engaged after them, they finally (finally!) set the date. And now you, the wonderful guests, will get to celebrate with them exactly 10 years and one day after the beginning of their relationship. Thank you for joining us on this journey :)
