How soon can I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP as soon as you would like. We have made the RSVP open even prior to the invitations in case you are already aware of your schedule. Please locate the RSVP tab on our website!

What if I do not RSVP on time?

Answer

Our last day to RSVP is 08/29/2024. Most of our vendors require a final guest count by a certain date. The RSVP will help us meet their needs so that they are able to prepare. If we do not receive your response by the RSVP date, we will mark you as "not attending."

Can I bring a plus one/date/family members?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. Your invite will have details on plus one or family members! Thank you for understanding. (If you have a new family member of plus one that you would really like to be there, reach out to Matt or Paula!)

Are there accommodations nearby for those traveling?

Answer

Yes! We appreciate all of you taking the time to travel to celebrate with us. We have blocked rooms with some reasonably priced hotels in the area. Please check our accommodations tab for more details!

Where is the ceremony and reception located?

Answer

Ceremony and reception will be held in one place: Oehme Oasis: 2021 WI Highway 46 New Richmond, WI 54017 https://www.oehmeoasis.com/ Oehme Oasis is a Wisconsin gem with lots of beautiful outdoor spaces and a rustic, yet elegant feel. The venue is right off the road and there will be signs leading you to the parking lot. The property consists of grassy areas as well as gravel. Owners Austin and Ronelle have created an amazing space that we know you will appreciate.

Will it be indoor/outdoor?

Answer

Our plan is to have the ceremony be outdoors. There is an indoor option in case the weather does not cooperate. There are games outside as well if/when weather cooperates. The reception space will be indoors in the beautifully renovated barn at Oehme Oasis.

What should we wear?

Answer

We would love for this day to be as fun and celebratory for you as it is for us. We would encourage our lovely guests to come semi-formal, but most of all, comfortable and ready to make some memories with us!

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We certainly want you feel free to join us in capturing our special day! We have hired Molly, a professional photographer and friend of ours, to capture the most special moments. Our only request is that you don't interfere or obstruct any angle or shot she is taking. (She has Matt's permission to throw some elbows if need be)

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes! We will be offering a couple of our favorite cocktails along with beer, seltzers, and wine. For the kiddos, folks who choose not to drink, and those in recovery, we will also have our favorite mocktails, NA beer, water, and soda!
