A plus one will only be allowed if you are married, long time relationship and/ or communicated with the couples other wise.

Can we have our cell phones at the ceremony?

No, the ceremony will be an unplug event. This way our photographer can get all the pictures and/or videos they need without the interference. You can have cell phones at the reception
