I knew Tehya didn't want a traditional proposal. Especially, after recent conversations about marriage she just assumed we had agreed we were both ready to take the next step which was marriage. Never did she imagine what I had planned. After buying the engagement ring I was ready for the proposal. Tehya's family and close friend along with my family helped me with the plan. Tehya believed that on the day of the proposal she would come along to pick out her engagement ring and there would also be a planned photo shoot. On Sunday, Feb. 16, her close friends helped her get ready for the photo session. Thinking we were going to our photo session we surprised her with a Helicopter Ride in the City. Little did she know our family was outside the gate waiting for us to board the helicopter. Once aboard we enjoyed the City's View. Upon arrival back to the landing pad the family was waiting for us with a sign asking her to marry me. (Thank you Stephen Korrodi!) Once we landed I then proceeded proposing and she said YES!
