Cassandra and Meagan met working at a diner at CMU many moons ago. They've laughed through many of life's adventures together including living in Italy for a summer, countless camping trips, near death experiences in the ford escort and everything in between.

Ashley is Meagan's older sister, even though they are asked regularly by strangers if they're twins. After some rocky times during the adolescent years, Ashley and Meagan have grown inseparable as adults. Ashley's signature dance move is the Kurnat Shuffle, which hopefully will be on display at the reception.

Laura Howe

Laura and Meagan roomed blind in Carey Hall at CMU as freshmen. After 18 years of friendship, it's safe to say they'll be lifetime friends. Anyone who knows Laura already knows what her favorite reception song is but for those that don't, it's "I wanna dance with somebody".

Emily was one of the first people Meagan met when she moved to the Detroit area and is her favorite friend to adventure with! Emily has been in countless weddings which is a testament to who she is as a friend. She's also George's (Meagan's cat) favorite human.

Theresa and Meagan met while working at Max & Erma's when Meagan first moved to metro Detroit. Meagan has had the joy of celebrating Theresa's wedding in Germany, the birth of her twin girls and many more memories in between.

Kristen and Meagan have known each other since elementary school. Kristen lives on the west side of the state with her husband and two beautiful girls. Meagan stood up in her wedding more than 10 years ago and is thrilled to have Kristen by her side for hers.

Michael is Frank’s best friend. The two were inseparable in middle/high school, and don’t skip a beat when they meet up 11 years later. The two have been there for each other in good times and bad, and are brothers for life.

Shawn Smith

Frank and Shawn first met in Kindergarten. Although the first year they were enemies, they became best friends after exchanging Christmas gifts in the first grade after getting each other for secret Santa. Frank is the Godfather to Shawn’s daughter, and the pair are each other’s oldest friend.

Derek Balnius

Derek and Frank met through mutual friends about 8 years ago. A few short years later they became roommates, and both are members of the “Chalk Squad™️.” Many adventures have been had. From festivals to house boats. Derek has been a great friend and is an even better person.

Zack Gomez

Zack and Frank first met in college. They share many interests, but most importantly their interest in traveling is what brought them together. Frank and Zack are road dogs, having traveled nearly half the country together over the past 8 years.

Ron Sulewski

Ron and Frank have been friends for the better part of 8 years. Their mutual love of golf, EDM, and sports betting has brought these two together. The founding member of the infamous “Chalk Squad™️,” Ron can be found behind a DJ booth, or on the sticky watching King of the Hill. No in between.

Greg Gardner

Greg and Frank first met in college. The two of them have been there for each other ever since then. Through countless moves, letters of recommendation, and personal body guard (on occasion). Greg is the epitome of a true friend.
