We encourage our guests to stay on-site at Brown Mountain Beach Resort to fully experience our wedding festivities. Yurts and cabins are available to rent Friday through Sunday (2 nights) Other lodging accommodations can be found in the Morganton, NC area (around 30 min. away).

Join us for a BBQ dinner, drinks, and a bonfire by the river once you have checked into your yurt/cabin!

Our wedding will take place outdoors along the beach of the river in late July. We invite guests to wear garden formal attire—polished, elegant looks suited for warm weather. For women, midi or floor-length dresses in lightweight fabrics are encouraged. Avoid high heels as the ceremony will take place on the beach of the river. Avoid white or cream dresses. For men, suits or dress pants paired with lightweight button-up shirts (ties optional) are welcome. Please avoid jeans, hats, short dresses, polo shirts, and sandals for men.
