Answer

The ceremony will be held at Bell Rock, please see the Schedule Tab for address and time. This is a national park with small public parking access. There will be a scheduled pick up at your hotel to bring you to the ceremony and back to the reception for cocktail hour.

The Ceremony is just off of a flat and easy walking trail leading to an open plain with views of Bell Rock, Less than a 5 minutes walk from the Bell Rock Public Parking access.

The entire family will be familiar with the route from the start of the Bell Rock Entrance to the location of the ceremony that overlooks Bell Rock. Everyone will be more than willing to help you find your way! *Be Assured the distance is less than a 5 minutes walk, with the majority of its duration being on the trail.

The rehearsal dinner will be on 6/25 and the wedding will be on 6/26. We recommend the morning of the 25th - 27th, but it is completely up to you. We want this to not only be a wedding, but a vacation and a great experience shared with you.

Answer

We recommend the Arabella Hotel Sedona. It is in close proximity to every event on the wedding itinerary. Price is $150 a night. Please Note: We would love to have a Welcome Meet here on the evening of the 25th for those coming to arizona who will not be attending the rehearsal dinner on Wednesday.

Answer

Yes, but the majority of the hotels in the Surrounding area have very comparable rates therefore we recommended the Arabella due to its accommodations, location, and reviews compared to other hotels.

Answer

We recommend flying into Phoenix Airport Sky Harbor and getting a rental vehicle and driving to Sedona, AZ. It is just south of a two-hour drive, but the drive will instantly tell you why we chose Sedona as our wedding location.

Yes, there are airports surrounding Sedona but prices will be significantly higher!

As of 2/26/25, the weather is predicted to be 80 degrees on the day of the wedding. Please be prepared for higher temperatures.

IF We picked your outfit because you are included in the ceremony procession, then you are all set! Otherwise, the Dress code for our Wedding can be found under "Ceremony Details" on the schedule tab. *If you are looking for more inspiration, please see the various color swatches available at the top of this page. *Please keep in mind the temperature the day of our wedding and Dress Accordingly

The ceremony will be outside under Bell Rock. We do not have seating, therefore guests should be expected to stand for 15-30mins.

Yes, White Paper Umbrellas will be provided at entry for those of you who wish to avoid direct sun contact.

For guests who are attending the wedding virtually, a link will be provided on the "Schedule" tab.
