When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is Saturday September 6, 2025. If we don’t receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as ‘no’. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

What’s the wedding day timeline?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM, with the reception to follow immediately after at 5:20 PM—all in the same location. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to find your seat and get settled. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Where is parking?

Answer

The Benison has a small private parking lot next to the venue, but space is limited. • For additional parking, guests can use the parking lot across the street (Maple Ave, at the bank) and George F. McDulin Memorial Parking Garage (102 N. Second Street), just a 2-minute walk away.

What’s on the Menu?

Answer

We’re so excited to share a cozy, flavorful meal with all of you! Here’s what you can look forward to: • Freshly baked bread • House salad with a variety of fresh toppings • Pot roast slow-cooked in French onion broth with tender carrots • Garlic mashed potatoes topped with your choice of green onions, bacon, or corn, and served with rich Marsala gravy • Baked cheddar and Parmesan macaroni and cheese with a crispy breadcrumb topping A special kids’ meal of chicken and macaroni & cheese will be available for our littlest guests! If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please reach out to us ahead of time—we want to make sure everyone has something delicious to enjoy! Come hungry—it’s going to be amazing!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be signature drinks, wine, and beer during cocktail hour and an open bar for the party! We want you to have the best time, so drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our entire wedding—including the ceremony and reception—will be held indoors. No need to worry about the weather; we’ll all be cozy and comfortable inside!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you’ve received a plus one, they’ll be specifically addressed within the subject line of the text invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.
