When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 5, 2026, so we can give our vendors the final count. If you don’t, there’s a chance you’ll be left without a seat or a taco, and no one wants that! Por favor, confirma tu asistencia antes del 5 de septiembre de 2026 para que podamos darles a nuestros proveedores el recuento final. Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress Code: Semi-formal! Think dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy skirts/tops for women, and dress shirts with slacks (ties/jackets optional) for men. Please skip white or ivory so the bride can shine. And since we’ll be digging into delicious Mexican food, we’ll have disposable bibs on hand, so come dressed to impress, but ready to fiesta without fear of salsa spills! Código de vestimenta: ¡Semiformal! Para las mujeres, se recomienda usar vestidos, monos o faldas/tops elegantes, y para los hombres, camisas de vestir con pantalones (corbata/saco opcional). Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Plenty of parking on site! The venue is small, but we’ve got a golf cart ready to chauffeur anyone who needs a little lift. ¡Hay mucho espacio de estacionamiento en el lugar! El lugar es pequeño, pero tenemos un carrito de golf listo para llevar a quien necesite un pequeño aventón.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Arrive between 2:30 and 2:45, so we can start at 3:00 sharp. If you roll in late, you might end up as part of the processional! Llega entre las 2:30 y las 2:45 para que podamos empezar a las 3:00 en punto. Si llegas tarde, ¡podrías acabar formando parte de la procesión!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

We don’t have fancy shuttles, but we do have plenty of parking! Since the drinks will be flowing, please make sure you’ve got a DD lined up, or cut yourself off in time to drive home safely. We love you and want you (and your car) in one piece! No tenemos transporte de lujo, ¡pero sí mucho estacionamiento! Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Beer, wine, and our signature cocktail await! Drink responsibly and arrange a safe trip back to your hotel as the bride cannot chauffeur. The bar will close at 8:30 pm as we need to leave the venue by 10 pm. ¡Les esperan cerveza, vino y nuestro cóctel de autor! Beban con moderación y organicen un viaje de regreso seguro a su hotel, ya que la novia no puede ser chofer. El bar cerrará a las 20:30 ya que debemos abandonar el lugar a las 22:00.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We’re having an unplugged ceremony. Please tuck phones and cameras away until cocktail hour. After that, snap away! We’ll even have a QR code so you can share your masterpieces with us! Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside under the trees, and the reception will be inside our open pavilion. It’s October in Tennessee - hopefully not too hot or too chilly - but dress comfortably and be prepared for anything Mother Nature throws our way! Si el tiempo lo permite, la ceremonia será al aire libre bajo los árboles y la recepción en nuestro pabellón abierto.
