The wedding ceremony and reception are 21+. Children are invited to attend the welcome party 9/17/26.
We request guests wear semi formal attire. The ceremony and reception will be indoors but a portion of the cocktail hour will be outdoors, weather permitting.
We welcome our guests to stay wherever they will feel most comfortable! There are many conferences in Chicago in September so lodging options can be limited and above average prices. We encourage guests to reserve housing as soon as possible. If you would like recommendations for alternative housing, please feel free to reach out to Samera directly.
All of the dinner options can be customized based on dietary restrictions. Dietary restrictions and meal selection will be collected at the time of RSVP. Salad (gluten free): baby spinach, granny smith apple chutney, bourbon roasted cranberries, brie cheese, candied pecans, champagne vinaigrette Chicken (nut free): crusted frenched chicken breast stuffed with sun dried tomato ragout served with yukon potato fondant, braised beet greens, roasted cherry tomato's, and a chicken demi-glaze Beef (gluten free, dairy free, nut free): chimichurri rubbed flank steak, smoked potato hash, blanched arugula, stewed fennel, diced roasted poblanos, micro greens, red wine demi glaze. Vegetarian: crispy herb gnocchi stuffed with ricotta, roasted buffalo cauliflower, green goddess broth, blue cheese crema, charred scallions, petite celery salad
Self parking will be available at the parking lot directly next to the planetarium. There will be a parking attendant to help direct guests. Guests are responsible for the parking fee. The exact cost of parking will be updated in late spring.
