What is the attire for this affair?

Answer

Formal, not black tie necessary, or fantasy wear (think ren faire). What you choose is your adventure!

Question

Will there be parking? And will there be a shuttle service?

Answer

The Hermitage Hills Estates venue does have ample parking for guests. There is not, however, a shuttle service available for guests as it is a remote location.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unless they have been chosen to be a secret service member or a flower fairy, we ask that the kids stay home for this affair.

Question

Should I bring a jacket? Is this a stilettos event?

Answer

Please, if you are planning on staying later, prepare for the evening to get chillier by bringing layers. There will be bonfires at the event after a certain time, but they might not keep you as warm as you’d like. Also be advised that while the reception area has concrete flooring, the ceremony area is in the woods. Wear appropriate footwear that you will be comfortable walking in dirt/grass.

Are there bathrooms or port-a-John’s?

Answer

There are custom built gender neutral bathrooms at the venue a short walk from the reception area (but still within sight of the party).
