Christine Boddicker

Bridesmaid

I met Christine in grad school at the University of Houston. I moved to Houston right in the middle of the pandemic not knowing a single person, and Christine and I became fast friends! She made me feel right at home in an entirely new environment across the country, and she has been there for me through thick and thin ever since. It also helped that we share the same name! #ChristineSquared!! My favorite memory is when we had our weekly cocktail and Bachelor viewing nights after German choir!!

Elizabeth Fisher

Bridesmaid

Christine and Elizabeth met in the depths of Arkansas in the midst of COVID. Trapped in a summer opera program with plywood sliding doors and un-airconditioned practice rooms, they sang their hearts out but their paths never fully crossed. When Christine and Teddy moved to Chicago, Elizabeth and Christine quickly bonded over their love of happy hour, public transportation, and exploring their city. They have been attached at the hip ever since! Stay tuned for the release of their podcast... Bridesmaid Elizabeth loves happy hour, opera, drinking wine, and her friends. She grew up in Des Moines, Iowa, moved to Tallahassee, Florida for her masters in opera performance, and now happily lives in Chicago where she sings, jaunts, and lives her dreams.

Stephen Fodroczi

Bridesman

Despite growing up 15 minutes from each other, Stephen and Christine first met each other at tragic callbacks for a doomed college a-cappella group, and would later live together as roommates for two years. Through their shared love of Coldplay, questionably-aging Rom-Coms, and all things operatic and musically theatrical, they grew inseparable. While Stephen is slightly disappointed that Christine and Teddy’s upcoming nuptials do not involve the Las Vegas Taco Bell marriage package, he is overjoyed to celebrate Christine’s casual migration to Chicago, her beloved city, and a love that uplifts her in the way she deserves.

Shay Holihan

Bridesmaid

I’m Shay! I’m currently based in Woodstock GA, but I met our lovely bride in Sandy Springs. We both were theatre nerds searching for high school that accepted them. Christine thinks we met when we were children at a birthday party and I cannot argue that as she has an amazing memory. But I remember first meeting her on our bus rides from a local high school to our performing arts high school. We would sit in the front row of the school bus and listen to musicals on our commute to school. She has been my first call for musical critics, movie reviews, and free therapy ever since.

Caroline Steed

Bridesmaid

Caroline met Christine during the first week of high school, at auditions for the fall play. Although neither girl was cast, the curtains did rise on the start of a beautiful friendship. After 4 years of high school they decided that wasn’t enough time torturing each other, so they ended up at FSU together, where their shenanigans continued into adulthood. Caroline first met Teddy while visiting Christine in grad school, and knew she had found a really special guy.

Alex Craff

Best Man

I met Teddy freshman year while pledging our fraternity. We instantly connected while suffering through our engineering classes and unwinding with the brothers. He taught me about baseball, while I cultured him in “musica buena”. We would study together, lose at intramural sports together, and get into general shenanigans. I currently live in Pittsburgh, PA and although we are over 400 miles apart we still stay close by playing games online together and meeting up for a yearly trip.

Rachel Burroughs

Groomswoman

Teddy and Rachel began their friendship sophomore year of college during a team project. They became fast friends through their shared love of being silly, board games, and food. Rachel is currently living in San Diego, CA but has been grateful to have two of her best friends (Alex and Teddy) to visit her summer 2024. Through all the MechSE bar crawls, hometown visits, and online gaming they have remained close despite the physical distance!

Andy Reimann

Groomsman

Teddy met his brother Andy after 9 months of trying to name his new brother after a dumpster outside our house. Andy would go on to look up to his brother throughout his childhood, from watching Teddy play video games to playing Bass like Teddy in Orchestra. When Teddy moved to Houston, Andy started to hear about a certain Christine more and more in glowing details. When Andy met her in person, he knew she was the right woman for his brother. Andy could not be happier to welcome Christine into the Reimann family.

Nick Macina

Groomsman

Nick and Teddy met on the first day of kindergarten. They quickly became friends and spent much of the ensuing years together, from backpacking in New Mexico to playing board games to creating a high school frisbee team and (some might say) taking it way too seriously.

Eduardo Londregan

Groomsman

I met Teddy while he was working his first job out of undergrad in Houston. He was replacing one of my roommates and somehow, despite living with me, we became good friends and kept in touch when all the residents of Crawford went their various ways. Through a mutual love of a board game featuring birds and a healthy appreciation of the local food scene, Teddy made a place that was far away from my ancestral home feel so much better. He has stuck with me and provided good advice through several tumultuous phases and I am deeply grateful he took over that lease. That and his butter chicken haunts my dreams.
