The Wedding Website of Samantha Fulcher and Austin Tedder

A block of rooms have been reserved at The Courtyard Marriott at Old Town - 820 East 2nd Street North, Wichita, Kansas 67202. Please reserve your room by May 15th, 2021 to be able to have the block rates. You can call 316-264-5300 to reserve your rooms under the "Tedder Wedding," or alternatively use the link below to book a room online. https://www.marriott.com/event-reservations/reservation-link.mi?id=1593714775138&key=GRP&app=resvlink Breakfast and hotel parking are included with the block room reservations. The hotel is less than 300 feet from the wedding venue, so there will be no need for driving or shuttles! However, if you will be flying in from out of town and would like to utilize the hotel courtesy shuttle, please let us know and we can arrange that for you.

Health and Safety Information

We understand the risk of hosting such an event amidst a pandemic. It is assumed guests understand these risks and the couple, staff, and other vendors will not be held liable for any illnesses that may occur. To further minimize this risk, we encourage guests to get a COVID-19 vaccine to reduce the risk of exposure to those who attend. Please wear a mask, get tested, and social distance to the best of your ability. If you or anyone in your household has any COVID-19 symptoms or have been exposed to COVID-19 within the last 7-10 days, we respectfully ask you to not attend and update your RSVP accordingly. Guests will be asked to wear masks that fully cover the mouth and nose during the ceremony and at the reception. Masks may be removed when eating and drinking at the reception. Masks will not be provided so please plan ahead. If you need more information to make a decision about your attendance, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
