Ted and Leah met in 2012 (their 10 year anniversary is this upcoming year!) while studying at the University of Connecticut. They spent their early days in the library, Leah studying for Organic Chemistry and Ted hard at work preparing for the medical school entrance exam. They would have picnics on Horsebarn Hill amongst the mooing of the local cows and stuffed their faces with Uconn dairy bar ice cream. Both of them fell quickly in love, and were lucky enough to make fantastic life long friends in their co-ed fraternity Phi Sigma Pi. They explored the White Mountains of New Hampshire each summer camping in cabins high on the mountain tops, and ventured out to Utah, Colorado and California. Ted matched into Emergency Medicine residency in Washington D.C, with Leah accompanying him and beginning Physician Assistant school in Virginia. A small cute black and white cat named Gus stole their hearts and is now truly considered their "son." Since day one they have relished in countless new experiences with friends and family by their side, always searching for delicious food, belly laughs, great concerts, and an epic dance floor.
