What time should I arrive?

Answer

Mass: Please arrive at the church by 1:30. Nicole will probably be late but that doesn’t mean you should be 🤣 Reception: The reception hall will have a waiting room open on the ground floor at 5PM.

Let’s talk photos. What can or can’t I do?

Answer

Please refrain from using your cell phone or flash photography during the Mass. We have professional photographers that will be taking photo and video, and we would like to minimize distractions while the Mass is ongoing. Nicole and Ted want you to share in this once in a lifetime moment with us fully, and you came a long way to be with us in person! We would rather you not view this moment through a screen 🙏🏼 HOWEVER, at the reception there will be a QR code on the table for you to take as many photos as possible - and share them on a shared drive with all our family and friends! Please keep them PG.

What is the dress code?

Answer

For the wedding Mass please be respectful (no jeans, shorts - it’s April so I doubt anyone will come in swimwear) you may wear your reception attire but perhaps include a cover/shawl/light jacket or something similar. The reception is formal, but you can leave the covers in the car ;)

Will children be allowed at the wedding?

Answer

We love kids. Please make sure they are harnessed to the stables when not roaming free 😂 In all seriousness, there are limitations on how many guests we can accommodate, if your invite does not specify, we will be unable to add additional guests. Sorry!

Gifts. What should I bring?

Answer

Mostly yourself! Gifts are appreciated, but we want to share the gift of your presence most of all! But if you insist, please see the registry for ideas. It would really help us out if you could have them sent to the house though. And there will be a card box for gift cards at the reception by the sweetheart table.

Are you guys gonna do the money dance?

Answer

We’re Filipino. Of course. No pressure though, and it’s an excuse to dance with everyone ;)

Is this going to be a dry wedding?

Absolutely not. Wait till you see the bar.

Will there be traveling accommodations for out-of-towners?

Answer

Question

What do I do after the Mass, before the reception?

Answer

Anything you like! There will be about a two hour gap between the Mass and reception (the bridal party will be taking photos at both locations). You may: Go home and change Take a nap Grab Starbucks Sightsee If you go to the Sand Castle, please go past the coat check area to the waiting room, drinks and snacks will be available BEFORE COCKTAIL HOUR (don’t fill up on snacks 😂).
