Will there be food?

Answer

Yes! We will be having our event catered by a local food truck, one of our favorites which we have enjoyed many times after some brutal hikes we've finished up in Auburn. Light appetizers will be available to munch on in-between brews and the main entrees will be available during 5:30-7:00pm. Dessert of course to finish off the night!

Dress attire

Answer

We are not requesting a certain type of attire for this event and only ask that you wear anything you feel comfortable in! Please remember this event will be outside and during the hotter months of Summer. A button up short sleeve shirt or summer dress might be a good idea!

The Venue

MoonRaker Brewing Co 12970 Earhart Ave #100, Auburn, CA 95602 If you are not familiar with the brewery's location, parking can be a little tricky to find in the main lot, but across the street there are many available spots you can park in. We will be privately renting the venues outside Redbox patio section to host our event. The area will be covered and offer seating, tables, and our own personal beer tender who will pour from our private 6 tap draft station. The 6 drafts will be sure to include a variety of beers to ensure everyone can have their favorite styles of beer!

Will there be other drinks served besides beer?

Answer

Don't worry! If you are not a fan of beer, champagne will be available for another alcoholic drink. Non alcoholic drinks will also be provided such as water, soda, and lemonade.

Are my drinks and food covered?

Answer

To get the party rolling we will be buying everyones first round of drinks on our own tab. Afterwards please feel free to order as much as you'd like on your own tab or enjoy our complimentary water, soda, and lemonade. Champagne will also be complimentary to guests who will not be drinking beer. No need to worry about food! We have all of that taken care of for you. All appetizers, desserts, and one full meal from the caterer will be covered by the newlyweds as a thank you for celebrating with us!
