The best route is to fly to Milan Malpensa Airport.
Then follow the signs for the Malpensa Express Train. Take the Malpensa Express from Terminal 1 (T1) to Milano Centrale station, trip duration 50 minutes--there is a train every 30 minutes or so from 4:57 am to 11:27 pm every day. Tickets can be purchased at the airport on the way to the train station.
Then from Milano Centrale, you have two options:
Option 1). take the TRENITALIA FRECCIAROSSA high-speed train to Verona Porta Nuova, the trip is 1 hour 14-40 minutes depending on which train and trains leave every 20 minutes during the day. Tickets can be purchased here: https://www.trenitalia.com/en/purchase.html
Option 2). Take ITALO TRENO from Milano Centrale to Verona Porta Nova, the trip is an hour and 12 minutes but less trains run per day. Tickets and schedule can be found here: https://www.italotreno.it/en/destinations-timetable/milan-verona-tickets
