Tommy and Alyana owe a big thank you to the Best Man for his serious matchmaking skills. Neither of us knew what a little peer pressure to text each other would lead too! Tommy sat through countless hours of dance shows, got over his hatred of scary movies and was unwillingly forced to face his fears of heights and roller coasters. Alyana joined in with Tommy's crazy sports fandom, spontaneous getaways and, on most days, tolerated his wide array of music taste! We've been inseparable ever since, through the good and bad, life is better together!

Alyana turned the tables and spontaneously bought us tickets to the AFC Championship game - New England Patriots vs Jacksonville Jaguars! She couldn't keep the secret because I ALWAYS pick the best seats at games so of course she needed my help. In true fashion, Tommy couldn't be outdone! He conspired a plan to buy a new jersey knowing I wouldn't go with him because "you definitely don't need another jersey!" Tommy picked up the ring and was ready to propose the morning of the game! Alyana obviously screamed YES! but there was no time for crying and hugging - there was a big game to go celebrate at!

Cooperstown is one of Tommy's favorite places to visit! He put me to the test when he brought me upstate for a long holiday weekend. Much to his surprise, I fell in love! We've gone up every Columbus Day weekend as a quick getaway and knew this would be the perfect place to start forever together. We can't wait to see you in our little piece of heaven!
