If you do not have base access or are not military PLEASE answer all the questions below. The Military Base requires full names, full birthdays, and the LAST four of your social for guest over 18. If you are not comfortable providing this information please call or text the bride or groom. If we don't get this information you will not be allowed on base for the wedding and reception.
