There is plenty of parking close to the ceremony/reception location. Also, cars can be left overnight if needed.

What do I tell the front gate?

Answer

The wedding venue is located inside of a gated community. Just tell the security guard at the gate you are attending the wedding at the golf club and they will let you in.
