Vibe: You can expect a casual/homey/playful experience with an outdoor ranch / nature backdrop. The vibe is blending looking great and being comfortable. Outdoors/Indoors: The wedding is mainly outdoors. The ceremony will be held in the shade under an oak tree, and the reception will be on the grass lawn in the sun and you can expect shade as the sun sets behind the ranch house. There is small heated indoor living room, kitchen/dining room and bathrooms. Ceremony and Reception are at the same location
The average weather is expected to be sunny and in the mid to low 70's during the day and low 60s/high 50's at night. Please bring a layer in case the evening cools off. There will be a few blankets and limited indoor/heated space.
Dress Guidelines: We encourage everyone to dress to impress! We would love to see cocktail attire, and if you're feeling it, formal is optional. For footwear, the venue is mostly grass and we will have optional group games, so we don't recommend traditional heels; Instead block heels/wedges, flats or cowgirl boots are easier to move around in. Colors: Summer meets Fall Season; Our wedding colors are warm tones. Think light-mid range greens, light-deep range oranges, and mid-deep range reds and browns. Please no white/beige/light yellow dresses.
We will not be offering a shuttle to/from the venue and Uber/Lyft is limited in this area. Please plan ahead for scheduling rides or expect to have one person sober at the end of the night to drive the group back to your hotel/house rental. Parking: There is plenty of parking right at the venue, a main parking lot and an overflow parking lot.
Food: We will have meat, vegetarian/vegan and gluten free options via 2 food trucks! Drinks: We will have beer, natural wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Arrival: Please plan to arrive no earlier than 2:45pm and no later than 3:30pm. The ceremony will start at 3:35pm. We welcome you to grab a drink on your way in to the ceremony area and use the restrooms. Ceremony Seating: There is no "bride or groom sides" so please sit wherever! Family seating will be reserved for the front two rows.
