Almost. The reception will be held at the Venice Community Center where you will initially park. Behind the center, a short walk across the street, is West Blalock Park where the ceremony will be held near the gazebo.
It is important that you RSVP when requested so we can ensure that we don’t overflow our venue space. Let us know ASAP if you’d like to rsvp late or change your response and we’ll do our best to make sure there are seats and food for you.
We appreciate if you RSVP online by November 11th, 2019 but if you’re late, that’s ok! Just let us know as soon as possible so we know either way and can plan accordingly
No! The event is listed as semi-formal but by that we simply mean nice dress clothes. Remember, it will be January so bring those jackets just in case!
Most guests have been automatically been given an extra seat to bring a plus one. Your RSVP should allow this and if you have any problems, please let us know and we’ll fix it as soon as possible
Yes! Kids are always welcome, however, parents should be aware that beer will be served at the reception.
There are a few smaller motels nearby on Venice Island that appeal to some. The most well known hotel chains in town however would be the Fairfield and Best Western across town along I-75 Exit 193 Jacaranda
We are registered on Zola.com through our Zola wedding website which can be found linked in the menu of this website. We only registered a few items and nowhere else but feel free to think outside the box and gift us something you think we’d enjoy.
Dinner will be served at the reception and will be buffet style so everyone will have the same menu available to them. Feel free to bring your own allergy safe meal if that is a necessity.
We will attempt to start the ceremony promptly at 4:03 pm. Feel free to come between 3:30-4:02 pm so everyone can choose and get settled in their seats.
Feel free to email us at snyderswedding@yahoo.com. Both Ed and Rachael check this email and one will get back to you as soon as they can.
Because it encouraged you to ask this question and conversation leads to remembering. Also, we’re usually fashionably late
Your ability to respond online is dependent on the correct spelling of every name that Rachael input into the website early on. If your are unable to RSVP, it’s most likely because your name was accidentally misspelled. Try inputting the name as it was written on your mail invitation. If you are responding for a family, try inputting the name or names of just the parents. If you are still having trouble, don’t hesitate to text Rachael at 941-929-3384 with your correct name and she can change it in the website and get you in as soon as possible.
