What do you mean with 'please dress modestly / semi-formally'?

Answer

During the ceremony, please keep exposed skin to a (comfortable for you) minimum . During the reception, no such expectations apply.

Do you really only want cash fund contributions as wedding gifts?

Answer

Honestly? Your presence at our wedding is present enough, and we'll be happy with and grateful for any kind of gift, but the practical reality is that we *are* moving to Europe soon -- and we already have to make hard choices about what to bring and what to leave.

What dietary restrictions are taken into account during the lunch / reception?

Answer

We serve Indian food at both events, all of which will be vegetarian. Some dishes will be vegan, and many dishes will naturally be gluten-free; please let us know if you need to know more.

I want to do a speech / event / dance / something else during the reception. Is this possible?

Yes,the wedding ceremony itself will be live-streamed; links and explanations on how to watch this will be made available on the site a few days in advance.
