What are the expectations in relation to Covid?

You will need to provide proof of vaccination as per NYC guidelines that go into effect in mid September to enter both Palma and Torch and Crown. To do this you either need to provide your actual vaccination card or download the NY Excelsior app (only for NY residents) or the NYC Covid Safe app (for all folks not residing in NYC) to your phone. https://downtownny.com/news/nyc-covid-safe-app-indoor-vaccination-requirements/ We will also be abiding by any rules and regulations put in place by the venues.

Where do I stay?

Answer

We haven't reserved any hotel blocks but we would recommend Arlo Soho, Hotel Hugo, and Four Points by Sheraton. All are in close proximity to the after party.

What do I wear?

Answer

The after party will be on asphalt in a tented beer garden. Think classy, evening beer garden. Keep it fun but not too casual. Steer away from jeans but you also don't need to be in a cocktail dress. Don't hesitate to wear footwear that won't murder your feet. We are here for some slacks and Converse!

While we love your precious cherubs, please keep the kids (under 13 years of age) at home so you and all of us can enjoy maximum party potential.
