What is the dress code?

Dress Code: Semi-Formal Attire We invite you to dress elegantly in semi-formal attire that complements our wedding's color palette of burgundy, berries, violets, and greens. Ladies, we recommend floor-length dresses in these sophisticated hues, while gentlemen can opt for suits or sport coats paired with dress pants. San Miguel de Allende's weather during our wedding will range from 50-70F degrees. While we want you to look your best, we suggest bringing comfortable walking shoes, as there will be a short 10-minute walk from the hotel to the church. Not to worry! The reception will be held at the same hotel, so you can easily change into your dancing shoes after the ceremony!

Yes! We've reserved a hotel block at our wedding venue, making travel convenient for our guests. You'll find all the details on our wedding website's travel page, and the best part is that the hotel offers stunning views overlooking our reception venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
We've arranged transportation from the Queretaro airport to our venue to simplify your travel. While parking at Hacienda de Santuario Hotel is limited, we recommend carpooling to help minimize parking challenges. The drive to the venue takes approximately 1.5 hours, and our transportation services will ensure a smooth and comfortable journey for our guests.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will start at 4:00PM. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during our ceremony. Our professional photographers will beautifully capture every special moment, allowing you to be fully present and enjoy the celebration with us.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes, we can accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Let us know by December 31, 2025, and our catering team will ensure your dining experience is both safe and enjoyable.

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
Yes, we'll be offering an open bar with a curated selection of wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages during our cocktail hour. After that, the bar will remain open for additional drink purchases throughout the evening.
