If we plan to stay at the venue (Oceano), do we get an early check-in?

Answer

Yes! Wedding hotel guests are given priority and can check in starting 12pm.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to welcome children - a few things we ask of you: - Note their names when you RSVP. - We kindly request all parents to watch over and guide their children during the wedding festivities. Our goal is to ensure that everyone can experience magic and create lasting memories. - We understand that children can get excited during special occasions! If your child needs a break, do not hesitate to step away from either the ceremony or reception as needed.

What is the dress code?

Answer

You can go as formal as white tie and tails, but we are asking cocktail attire at minimum. That means suit & tie and cocktail dress!

If I plan to stay at the venue, when do I need to book by?

Answer

November 2. After that, our block will be released back into inventory. The discount code still holds, so if you end up booking after 11/2, remember to call and reference discount code "Hemphill-Ivy Wedding" and you will still get the discounted rate.

Where do I park?

Answer

There is free parking under the hotel for all wedding guests.
