FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 20th.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have everything we need, so we do not have any wedding registries. Gifts are not expected, but if you really want to bring a gift, please bring a book or movie you think we will enjoy! Most of our date nights revolve around reading together or watching movies and we’d love to see what you pick out!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No, we are not a traditional couple and our wedding will be fairly laid back. The venue is indoor/outdoor so keep that in mind. Wear whatever makes you comfortable and feel free to wear whatever color you love! (We won’t be wearing the standard colors either!)

Question

Will there be dancing?

Answer

Nope- leave your dancing shoes at home (unless you don’t mind dancing alone in a corner)- our reception will be focused on friendly competition with various board games and activities available!

Question

Can I bring my own board/card games?

Answer

Yes! You are more than welcome to bring a board or card game to share but you are not obligated to. (Just keep in mind, we will probably judge you if you bring CAH or Yu-Gi-Oh.)

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invite was addressed to you plus a guest, you can bring a date. Otherwise, this will be an intimate ceremony and we’d prefer to keep it to just our close loved ones.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome! Our reception will feature various board games, so please keep an eye out on your little ones to make sure they don’t decide Catan pieces are snacks.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know if you have any dietary needs. As our reception will be in the late afternoon, we won’t be serving a large meal but food, desserts, and refreshments will be available.
