Can I bring my kids?
Answer
We love all of your littles, but this weekend is an adult only escape. Hire that babysitter, pack your bags, and come let loose with us like the old days.

How long do I have to book my room with the discount?
Answer
The room block discount will be active until July 27. It's a pretty decent discount, so take advantage early!

Can I upgrade my room and still get the discount?
Answer
Yes! You can upgrade your room to a Balcony Room, Oceanfront Balcony Room or Oceanfront Suite and still receive the discount. If the room type you would like is not available on the dedicated link, you can call Erin Tabor at 321-775-0046 and she will get you sorted.

Does the room discount extend beyond the weekend of the wedding?
Answer
Yes! You can extend your stay either before or after our wedding weekend and use the room discount for your entire stay (based on availability).

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Each invitation is addressed directly to the people invited. If you think we have made a mistake or you would like to bring a date, please ask Kyle or Jessica as the headcount is important for planning purposes.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Cool, lightweight, and fun outfits that you can dance in all night! While the ceremony is in the evening when it is cooling down, it will still be pretty hot on the beach - no stuffy jackets and ties needed. Let's call it "dressy casual", kinda fancy for the pictures, but not fancy enough that you're too sweaty and uncomfortable to have the best night EVER!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony is skillfully sandwiched during the band's break at the Crowne Plaza bar, so we have to be running on time! Please plan to arrive at the hotel or be downstairs no later than 6:15pm and be prepared to be seated for the ceremony by 6:30pm. We had to do some convincing to get the band to go on break for us, so if you show up early, grab a drink at the bar and enjoy their music for a while.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
As soon as possible. Our headcount needs to be finalized no later than August 8. We know we're running last minute on this whole thing, but you guys know us and our love of spontaneity!

Where do I park for the wedding?
Answer
The Crowne Plaza has valet parking for hotel guests for $20/day or $8/special event for non-hotel guests. Alternatively, you can self-park in the lot across the street from the Crowne.
