Question
When should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Please arrive by 4:30 to ensure you have plenty of time to find the venue, get parking and settle in before the ceremony begins. Guests who arrive late and are not seated in their seats by 5:00pm will be asked to wait in the cocktail area until the ceremony has concluded.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! We are requesting formal dress attire for our wedding. Formal wear for gentlemen may include a jacket and tie or traditional suit. For women, a floor length or ankle length dresses. Please no jeans or sneakers. Please also refrain from wearing white or shades of white to allow the bride to have her day. Please keep in mind the ceremony is outdoors, however, the cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, it will appear on your invite as "{Your Name} & Guest." We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends.

Is there parking on site?
Answer
The venue has free parking for guests to park at.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! We will have an open bar, however we ask that you please drink responsibly.

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. Our photographer and videographer will be capturing the ceremony and we will absolutely share those and videos with you! Feel free to take as many photos as your want during the reception!

When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
We kindly ask that you RSVP by March 1st, 2025. If you do not have your RSVP in by the above date, it will be marked as a "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide the total guest count to the venue in a timely manner. Due to this, we cannot accept any late RSVP's. We hope that you understand.

If I'm coming from out town, where should I stay?
Answer
Chino Hills and the surrounding areas have plenty of hotels and airbnbs to choose from. We recommend staying at the Ayres Hotel in Chino Hills as it is 15 minutes away from the venue. Please see the travel section for the hotel as we have blocked rooms there with a discounted group rate. We have also listed other hotels that we do not have a room block with but are great hotels as well. Please see our travel page for more information.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Answer
We will be serving appetizers and dinner that accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions and/or allergies. You will have the option when you RSVP to select your chosen meal. There will be a separate area where you will be list any dietary restrictions and/or allergies. We also will be reaching out to you individually to make further accommodations if necessary.
