Yes, please let Julia know about your food allergies no later than December 15.
No, we are sorry, but you are responsible for your own transportation. However, we encourage people to carpool, use Uber or Lyft, or a local taxi company.
Although we love your little munchkins, we would prefer that our wedding remain child-free. We do this partly because your little ones could unwittingly cause a beer-tastrophe at the reception, but mostly because we want you grown-ups to have a night to yourselves! If you are traveling from afar with a little one, please let us know if you need help with childcare. We know many excellent, trustworthy, and responsible individuals who could provide childcare. Please note if you would like to bring your kids to the ceremony, that's fine, but let's keep the reception for adults only. Just let Julia know if your kids are coming to the ceremony, and she'll have some toys available to keep them occupied.
We are registered through Zola, and you can find our registry by clicking on the "Registry" link at the top of our page.
If you know Julia, you know that things are going to start on time, so please arrive at the ceremony by 3:15 to give yourself time to get seated. If you're early, you can kill time by reading the awesome ceremony programs! Or talking with awesome people!
There's no strict dress code, but since Julia and Jeff will be dressed in their finest, you could probably dress in cocktail attire and look almost as good as them. You may want to bring a sweater for the ceremony, as it will be outdoors in December. However, we are lucky to live in Arizona, where the average temperature for December 30 is around 60 degrees. The reception will be indoors, so no need for sweaters. There is, however, a need for dancing shoes. :)
Plenty of parking at the church for the ceremony and at the brewery for the reception!
Usually pretty great! Last year it was sunny and 68 degrees during the day on December 30, with nighttime temperatures around 50. It is typically sunny, although in December there is always the chance of rain. We have planned the ceremony to be outside during the warmest part of the day, but if it rains or is too cold, we will move the ceremony inside so everyone is comfortable.
