A limited number of rooms have been reserved at a discounted rate of $135 per night. To reserve your room, please call the hotel directly at (717) 469-0661. If you plan to arrive on Friday, August 30, the discounted rate may apply as long as there are rooms available. Please make your reservations as soon as possible to receive the discounted rate. Because the check-in time is 4pm and the ceremony also begins at 4pm, you may call the hotel to request early check-in to allow enough time for travel to the venue. The hotel is approximately 4 miles from the venue. While early check-in is not guaranteed, the hotel staff will do their best to accommodate such requests if given advanced notice. The Winner's Circle Saloon (the after party bar) is located at the Holiday Inn Harrisburg-Hershey Area, which also includes a free shuttle to the Hollywood Casino. So if you came to party, we recommend this one!

Shuttle

A 12-passenger cargo van will be available from the Holiday Inn to the ceremony between 2:30pm and 3:45pm. Between 9pm and 10:30pm, the van will shuttle guests from the reception back to the Holiday Inn Harrisburg-Hershey Area. Keep in mind it's nothing fancy and space is limited, so if you would prefer, Ubers and Lyfts are available in this area. Plenty of overnight parking is also available at the venue. Please don't drink and drive!
