Shuttles will drive guests from the Best Western Seacliff Inn to the venue at 2:15pm. Please note: the shuttle company requires masks to be worn inside the shuttle.
Parking at Sand Rock Farm is limited, so we have conveniently arranged shuttles to pick up guests at the Best Western Seacliff Inn.
All guests will be shuttled at 2:15 pm from the Best Western Seacliff Inn to the venue. There is free available parking at the Seacliff Inn, even if you aren't staying there overnight. Please allow extra time to get to the venue, since traffic can be unpredictable. There is additional parking next door with where a doctors office is located (It's closed on the weekends). Shuttles will be available to return guests to the hotel after the reception.
We have conveniently arranged shuttles to transport guests to and from the Best Western Seacliff Inn. If for some reason guests would like to leave the reception early, they are welcome to call a taxi.
We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite cocktail attire! Temperatures tend to dip a bit at night, and since the wedding will be outside, you might want to bring a jacket or wrap. There will also be heaters to help keep guests warm. Stilettos and open-toe shoes are not recommended.
While we love your little ones, our venue has limitations in regards to the number of people. As of right now, we can only accommodate nursing infants. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
Do to the limited size of the venue, If your invitation says "and Guest", then yes, you may bring a date.

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for about an hour. Guests can head straight to the cocktail lounge where we will be serving hors d'oeuvres and beverages.
Sand Rock Farm provides a golf cart for those who need it.
The venue is very rustic so choose your footwear accordingly! Stilettos and open-toe shoes are not recommended.
We will be having an unplugged ceremony, which means no photography or cell phone photos, but we encourage guests to post pictures of our reception to their social media channels. Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #TKLevelingUp so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
