What is the attire?

We kindly request formal attire and encourage our ladies to embrace the joy of the occasion by wearing colorful and/or floral dresses.

When do I need to RSVP?

Please RSVP no later than May 1, 2025, although earlier is appreciated. You can RSVP using the RSVP tab in the menu above.

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 pm, so arrive with enough time to park and make your way to the rooftop of The Remington.

Are children invited?

While we love your little ones, we kindly request an adults-only celebration to ensure everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. Thank you for your understanding!

What is the parking situation?

Answer

Because The Remington is downtown Shreveport, parking will be limited to parallel street parking spots. If you are staying at the Hilton Shreveport, there will be a shuttle that runs from the hotel to the venue.
