We’re Getting Married!

Tayte and Kyla met at C4 youth group in 2019. Tayte claims the only reason he kept coming back was because he thought she was cute..Kyla doesn’t know if she believes that hahaha! On February 6th 2020 C4 youth group went to Winter Jam, a worship concert at the civic center. Kyla and Tayte had a conversation for the first time and haven’t stopped talking since. In the spring of 2021 Kyla, Tayte, and most of the C4 youth students left creve Coeur Christian Church and started going to a really amazing church in Morton called Elevate. Kyla and Tayte started meeting some amazing friends there while also keeping their old friends from C4, Hanna Moeller, and Landon Campbell to name a couple! Tayte and Kyla started consistently going to Church at Elevate and in the summer of 2022 on July 10th Tayte gave his life to Christ and got baptized!! Right after Tayte got baptized they headed off to youth camp where their lives were forever changed. They came back willing and ready for whatever God would call them to. Tayte and Kyla started consistently serving in their church and finally found their place serving on the e-kids team. Tayte and Kyla continued their relationship in their church and found so many amazing mentors that lead them to this holy moment. Tayte and Kyla were together for four and a half years when Tayte finally asked her to be his wife! On October 12th of 2024 Tayte had Kyla’s best friends Bella and Karson help him set up the proposal. Kyla was in her prettiest dress and full face of makeup of course and he pulled her underneath a tree where he had wrapped pictures of them and their relationship over the last four and a half years around the trunks. He got down on his knee and said “You know I love you, the last 5 years have been the best years of my life, I’m so thankful for what God has done in our lives over the last 5 years and I can’t wait to see all that he has in store for our future, will you marry me?” she said yes and he jumped and she jumped and she admired the beauty and intention behind every beautiful piece of the proposal and then they did a little photoshoot! As soon as Kyla got in the car she immediately called all of her closest friends and family, but the night wasn’t over yet. Tayte and Kyla then headed to meet their best friends Sam and Olivia to go to a Brandon lake concert being held at the civic center, the place where they first got to know each other. The first time we ever hung out was at the civic center when we were just 15, God would have it so that the first night we spent together engaged would also be at the civic center worshiping God both times, but this time it would be together. Praising God for our testimony. God brought him into her life, and she brought God into his life. God is so good🕊️
